Our actual project
EcoCARBON
POWER PLANT
THEODOR DESIGN, in cooperation with a Chinese investment group, has put into operation in the Chinese province of Guangdong a comprehensive plant based on the PTR technology for processing waste tire crumb and generating electricity. The comprehensive operation management system is ensured by the autonomous THEUS control system with THEOS platform.
The process of obtaining all necessary operating and environmental permits for the power plant has been completed and the plant has officially started operation with an output of 500 kWe of electricity. By the end of 2025, the intensification of the operation of this plant is being prepared with an expected supply of 2 MWe of electricity and a processing volume of input tyres of at least 16 kt / year, up to a capacity of 64 kt / year.

Ambition – THEON Power Hybrid
POWER OF
BIOMASS
THEODOR DESIGN decided to build its own Bio-power plant THEON Power Hybrid, operating on the principle of the patented non-oxidative PTR technology. The input raw material here is agricultural biomass, as a defined material, in accordance with the RED II, RED III directive and the principles of the circular economy.
The basis for the operation and management of this Bio-power plant will be its own THEUS Control system, carrying the operational know-how of THEON Power Hybrid power plants.
It will be the first project in the THEON POWER HYBRID series Installation North Moravia / Czech Republic THEON BIOENERGY Project for the Energy Utilization of Agricultural Biomass, with an output of 2 MWe, (2025-2027).

MUNICIPALITY
CIRCULAR
For the needs of municipalities or projects for the disposal and processing of input raw materials at the site of their acute occurrence, THEODOR DESIGN presents a comprehensive automatic system with a mobile unit with a processing capacity of 100-200 kg/hour or a semi-mobile unit with a capacity of 1 t/hour.
The advantage of this arrangement is the low cost of construction and installation readiness, high mobility and low cost of operation and handling. THEOS TD 12 can be installed permanently or temporarily until the accumulated input material is processed and can be connected to the existing available infrastructure and controlled remotely.

GAS
PRODUCTION
SYSTEM
THEOS GAS is a Control system for the production, treatmentand distribution of bio-gas/syngas produced by non-oxidativethermal conversion of organic substances and is designed as afully automated platform with a modular architecture, enablingthe control of the entire technological chain–from the inputraw material to the thermal conversion unit to the gas supplyto the distribution network.
The System allows the simultaneous processing of up to threedifferent types of gas. Using a complex sensor system, including a process gas analyzer, individual gases arecontinuously analyzed, thereby obtaining key data on theirchemical composition. TheControl system then automatically determines the method of mixing and stabilizing the gases sothat the output mixture meets the required parameters forinjection into the gas network or further energy.

DATA-BASED
DECISIONS
THEOS is a modern Control system for technologies operating on the principle of thermalnon-oxidative conversion. It is designed as a superior modular system, consisting of independently controlled subsystems that can be scaled and expanded according totheneeds of the operation and technological equipment. The key principle of the architecture is data-based decision making-i.e. decision-making based on real-time operational data.
THEOS system integrates advanced sensorimetric tools for measuring temperatures, pressures, emissions or product quality and allows their adaptation, e.g. when changing the input raw material or operating mode. For example, when adding an energy end-use such as CHP to the technology, the output products change-instead of syn-gas and bio-oil and final out put is electricity and heat. The Control system fully reflects this change at the level of logic, visualization and data analytics. The result is a flexible, Intelligent Automation Platform that connects IT and real-world do perations into one efficient technological unit.
